Bamburgh Castle

Enjoy a fantastic day out at Bamburgh Castle. The huge castle, situated on the Northumberland Coast, is a sight you can see from far away whilst driving through the winding roads into the beautiful town of Bamburgh , and it is a sight that will take your breath away. Enjoy a tour of the castle with it’s amazing history and equally amazing views, and then take a trip into the town centre, where you can visit the amazingly interesting Grace Darling Museum and her beautiful memorial at her resting place, or simply wonder around, take in the beauty, and stop at one of our pubs for a meal or a drink. Also near by is the sea side town of Seahouses, where you can go camping, stay in a log cabin or a static caravan, enjoy the beautiful beach with its golden hills of sand, and take your pick from their many fish and chip shops. From the sea houses harbour you can also take a boat trip out to Lindisfarne Island or Holy Island for a day trip, or you can just enjoy the view and relax in the calm atmosphere.
